Before your appointment
Please come hydrated, well rested, and sober.
Please communicate injuries or health issues.
Please observe caution with respect to COVID & other communicable illnesses — stay home if you have symptoms, and practice regular testing and masking in high-risk areas.
For extra benefits, spend time un-winding your nervous system before your session, if possible.
Light exercise is good, please don’t go too hard right before the session.
During your appointment
Masking currently not required. Masking policy subject to update.
Deep breathing, toning, sighing, making sounds are perfectly okay and encouraged!
I will work to create space for continual consent and to maximize the benefits of your session. Also, please do your best to communicate in the moment.
After your appointment
If possible, allow some time for your nervous system to re-set. This could include visiting nature, napping, taking a shower/bath, music, etc.

Schedule regular bodywork! For menstruating people, monthly sessions aligned with your cycle can be extra beneficial.
