Before your appointment

  • Please come hydrated, well rested, and sober.

  • Please communicate injuries or health issues.

  • Please observe caution with respect to COVID & other communicable illnesses — stay home if you have symptoms, and practice regular testing and masking in high-risk areas.

  • For extra benefits, spend time un-winding your nervous system before your session, if possible.

  • Light exercise is good, please don’t go too hard right before the session.

During your appointment

  • Masking currently not required. Masking policy subject to update.

  • Deep breathing, toning, sighing, making sounds are perfectly okay and encouraged!

  • I will work to create space for continual consent and to maximize the benefits of your session. Also, please do your best to communicate in the moment.

After your appointment

  • If possible, allow some time for your nervous system to re-set. This could include visiting nature, napping, taking a shower/bath, music, etc.

  • Please reach out with any feedback, questions, updates, or concerns.

  • Schedule regular bodywork! For menstruating people, monthly sessions aligned with your cycle can be extra beneficial.
